We have industry-leading equipment and strictly follow standardized operating procedures to bring patients an excellent treatment experience.

Convenient clinics

At present, we have dental clinics, which are located in Hang Hau TKO, Sham Shui Po, Mong Kok and Chai Wan. They are all located in residential areas with convenient transportation.

Services

oral examination and consultation

Dentists will make an oral examination for you, and xray or CT would be necessary sometimes. Based on these examination, inital treatment plan or suggestion would be provided to you. If you have your own xray or CT data, please bring it with you. This will reduce the chance or expense of taking another xray or CT.

Teeth Cleaning & Dental Hygiene

Teeth cleaning are performed by a dental hygienist or a dentist in the clinic. Before treatment, we will make an oral examination to see whether you have gum disease, periodontal disease, caries or other oral disease. X-ray or CT would be necessary sometimes.

filling or restoration of caries

Now we almost use composite or resin (white in colour) to fill the cavity. If the cavity is very deep and complex to fill, it will be more expensive. Some patients would have minor pain or sensitivity after filling, and this will last for several weeks and disappear slowly. However, some patients would suffer from severe, spontanous and/or night pain after filling, then they need root canal treatment.

tooth extraction

If the tooth had gross cavity or obvious fracture, or the tooth is very mobile, it need extraction. If you are taking any medicine or suffering from some medical diseases, please tell it to the dentist for any treatment. If your teeth had severe infection, the anesthesia will be affected so that you may feel minor pain during the extraction. After extraction, you should bite a cotton roll for half an hour, which may help stop bleeding. You also should swallow your saliva and should not spit which would aggravate the bleeding. The dentist may give you painkillers and you can take it when you have severe pain.

Deep scaling - Periodontal Treatment

If gum disease is not controlled, oral bacteria will destroy the soft tissue and bone around the tooth day by day. After a long time, the bone and gum would shrink obviously so that the tooth would become mobile and be felt soft. Simple scaling can not clean the deep pockets very well, so special instruments would be needed. This kind of periodontal treatment is more complex and time consuming, thus it is more expensive than simple scaling.

Widsom tooth extraction

Wisdom teeth, or third molars, are the last permanent teeth to appear (erupt) between the ages of 17 and 25. If you felt some pain around the wisdom teeth, the dentist would suggest extraction of it. Generally speaking, the upper wisdom teeth are easy to extract thus the charge would be cheaper than lower wisdom teeth. The lower wisdom teeth usually erupt obliquely or are covered by gum, therefore an incision and flap open surgery are necessary. Full mouth x-ray is needed before surgery, and the total charge for extraction would be relatively expensive.

Crowns and Bridges

Dental crowns and bridges are prosthetic dental devices that are cemented onto existing teeth. These are unlike removable devices such as dentures which can be removed. If you need the same day crown, then we can provide that service to the patient. Come in the morning and have the crown fitted on the same afternoon using our equipment.

Dentures

Dentures may be recommended by one of our dentists If you have a missing or damaged tooth. Dentures will help you to replace the gap and enhance your mouth's appearance. In addition to this, it will also help prevent strain on tooth at either side of the mouth.

  • Complete Dentures  are fitted in when all of the teeth within a jaw have been lost. The denture is a removable appliance made after all of the teeth have been removed and the gum tissue has begun to heal. Dental implants may also be fitted in to support the dentures.
  • Partial Dentures are removable and natural looking appliances to help you restore the form and function of your jaw. These partial dentures can be made up of plastic or metal with plastic.

Implants

These implants are artificial tooth roots that are surgically placed in the gum and jawbone. Most implants today are made of titanium to naturally fuse with the jawbone allowing the implant tooth to feel and function naturally. There are many advantages to having dental implants over other options. Some of those benefits are that they’re comfortable and permanent, they function and look like your own teeth and the procedure doesn’t require damaging or reducing other healthy teeth, as is the case with normal bridges. Most patients in our clinics get implants either because their teeth have broken in an accident or have rotted away due to improper care. Implants at our practice are used as a last resort, when the tooth can’t be saved.

Minimally invasive implant surgery

Based on computer navigation and digital CT technology, dental implants can be placed without an incision and flap opening. This can obviously reduce bleeding, pain or swelling after surgery. Several CT needs taken before, during and/or after surgery in order to evulate the bone condition and the depth/direction of dental implants. As a mature technology, minimally invasive implant surgery can be used as the first choice of dental implant surgery. Of course, this method is more expensive (around 3000hkd for each implant) than traditional implant surgery (flap openning method). Please consult our dentists for the exact charge of your implant.

Veneers

One cosmetic dental procedure that has become increasingly popular and is highly effective for such beautification is called Dental Veneers. These porcelain veneers are comprised of thin coverings that cover the front surface of teeth. During the application process, minimal amount of tooth enamel is removed and replaced with more esthetically appealing tops.
They are one of the most effective and aesthetically gratifying remedies for damaged, misaligned, or stained teeth to conceal cosmetic issues and create a new appearance.

Braces (Orthodontic Treatment)

Orthodontic treatment is suitable for anyone looking to improve the alignment of their crooked teeth. This is so you can improve your oral hygiene and bite. We provide Orthodontics for both kids and adults. Early teens, around 12 years old or so, is the ideal time for one to consider orthodontic treatment.
